Speaker Bio:
Martha Ninichuk became deputy director of the NCUA Office of Small Credit Union Initiatives (OSCUI) in 2012. Within OSCUI, Martha is responsible for fostering credit union development through training, technical assistance, loans, and grants and the effective delivery of resource channels to small, low-income and newly chartered credit unions. With over 25 years of credit union experience Ninichuk has provided credit union management, consulting and problem solving assistance to both US and international credit union systems.
