This session covers generational, life event and trigger based direct mail
and email campaigns designed to generate continuous results. Participants
will learn how to structure acquisition, retention and new member
communication programs that run simultaneously and promote a range of credit
union products. A strategic framework and tips for successful direct mail
and email will be provided along with samples of campaigns. This
session is designed for marketers from credit unions of all asset sizes.

Speaker Bio:
Tony Rizzo is the President and co-founder of Pinpoint Direct Marketing; a communications firm focused on the retention and acquisition of lifetime credit union members. For the past 17 years Tony has served the Movement in many diverse roles ranging from auditing to advertising. In 1998 Tony founded a marketing division of a large industry supplier, where he built a national direct marketing company from the ground up introducing the concept of one to one marketing to credit unions. Tony is a frequent national speaker at credit union events and has been published and quoted in every industry publication as well as the American Banker and Wall Street Journal. Tony is also the Board chairman of Anoka Hennepin Credit Union in Minneapolis, MN.
