Conflict is an everyday occurrence in the workplace yet employee disagreements can impact not only the involved employees’ productivity, but also the productivity and morale of their coworkers. Conflict can even disrupt the entire team, including the tip performers.

· How to reduce drama.
· Helping employees solving their problem(s) collaboratively.
