EVENT: Creating ROI With Generations X & Y (Session Code: 408)
Generations X and Y are the most skeptical, elusive, and discerning generations in history. They have dramatically different needs, wants, interests, and expectations than preceding generations, which makes it challenging to recruit, retain, manage, and market to them. Learn how to create a value proposition that will appeal strongly to these generations, how to build relationships and market share, and discover key strategies for creating a business model that is relevant and meaningful to the next generation of credit union employees, board members, and members.
