EVENT: Sexual Harassment Training (Session Code: 416)
Employees think jokes are funny. They are funny until someone complains. Complaints of sexual harassment are not funny. Inappropriate comments can be prevented through effective employee and management training and education. The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission requires employers to implement a sexual harassment policy and conduct sexual harassment training. This seminar will provide attendees with a sexual harassment policy and knowledge about preventing and addressing inappropriate conduct in the workplace.
