Speaker(s): Clay Mosberg, currently an associate with the law firm of Freedman, Anselmo, Lindberg, & Rappe. Concentrating in collection, foreclosure and bankruptcy practice. Formerly supervising attorney as in house counsel for American General Finance. Received J.D. from University of Kansas in 1974. Member of the Illinois State Bar Association, associate member of theNational Association of Chapter Thirteen Trustees; Illinois Mortgage Association Bar. Has lectured on consumer bankruptcy law before Illinois Continuing Legal Education; Illinois Financial Services Asso.; Decalogue Society; Chicago Bar Asso. McHenry Bar Association, etc.

Glenn Stearns, has ten years as Standing Chapter Thirteen Trustee in the Eastern Division of the Northern District of Illinois. Before being appointed Trustee, he spent sixteen years in credit management, most of it in the wholesale distribution of electrical apparatus and industrial automation products with WESCO Distribution, Inc. Glenn’s first meaningful experience with bankruptcy was as the chairman of creditors committees in two Chapter 11 cases. Glenn is a Member of the National Association of Chapter Thirteen Trustees (NACTT).
