 Patty Smith Patty Smith is Executive Director of Strategic Accounts for the Illinois Credit Union League’s Service Corporation and is responsible for the development and growth of transactional products and services for the credit unions within Illinois, Missouri, Colorado and Wyoming. Prior to joining the Illinois Credit Union System in 1998, Patty held executive and key management positions for a mid size community credit union and a large single sponsor credit union located within the state of Illinois.
