This program will present a selection of successful strategies and tactics for establishing a winning online presence. Based on her book 42 Rules for a Web Presence That Wins, Philippa will share her latest research into what works at a practical level. We'll look at websites, blogs, video, other forms of social media, and discuss management level issues and decision making, designing strategies, creating content that makes connections, and measuring (and increasing) success.
Philippa will customize her remarks with industry-related examples and case studies, using the results of in-person interviews and an online survey, which she would invite attendees to complete prior to the meeting.
Following this program, attendees will be able to:
