Speaker Bio:
Sheila O’Leary is the manager of Creditors’ Resource Service, a full service collection agency for Credit Unions. Sheila has been with the Illinois Credit Union League for over 25 years and is a frequent industry speaker and instructor on collection and bankruptcy topics. She continuously lobbies for creditors’ rights as a Board Member and Past President of the Illinois Collectors Association she serves on the Council of Delegates and various committees for ACA International and member of the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals.
