Kristen Tatlock is Vice President of COMPASS 4 CUs, LLC, a Credit Union Service Organization owned by Belvoir Federal Credit Union, where she also serves as Senior Compliance Officer. Prior to joining the COMPASS team, she was Director of Compliance and Regulatory Affairs for the Virginia Credit Union League, where she was employed for over 20 years. She is a CUNA certified Credit Union Compliance Expert (CUCE) and a certified Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Specialist (BSACS). Kristen has presented programs for CUNAís national Regulatory Compliance Schools, as well as numerous state Leagues around the country. Kristen is a graduate of the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA.
